Exhibiting Artist members may apply for an exhibition of their work every other season. In addition, several member and open juried exhibits are scheduled each year to which all artist members may submit work.
The Maxwell Mays Gallery usually features three to six artists and the Dodge House Gallery usually features two to three artists. Exhibits are two or three weeks in duration. The gallery schedule is arranged in April for the following September-August season. Artists are sent applications in late winter if they are eligible to exhibit. The deadline for the return of these applications is in April.
A yearly exhibitors' meeting is held to inform artists of their responsibilities and assist them in their preparations. Artists who are exhibiting are notified of this meeting.
